but they only had it in men's size
(I was having a difficult time finding the right style in woman's size
So I fitted it from the sides and a bit from the upper arms to make it my size.
I also very lightly dyed it navy blue because I felt it needed to be just a tad more darker
As for the snowy effect,
first I lightly used Martha Stewart's multi-surface pearl paint to get sort of a snow dust effect
I then mixed White Mist puff paint with a bit of dark blue to make the cracks of ice.
Afterwards I then used the White Mist puff paint and sparingly and lightly added white cracks of ice.
Personally, I recommend that when you make the cracks of ice, to use long free brushstrokes instead of small detailed ones.
Here's a closer look at my sweater

Using the technique I suggested found on the arm, it looks more delicate, like glass and I found it to have a nicer effect as compared to the chest part where I was so focused on small details, making it look, at least to my eyes, fake.
Woooo! long explanation
But I hope I was helpful
oh and I don't mind the long reply i actually found it quite useful
thanks for replying and for all the help!
Jack's sweater resembles more of the royal blue.
Mine only looks darker because I have really weird lighting at my house.
You don't necessarily have to dye it.
It was fine just the way it was.
I only decided to add a bit more darker color to it because I thought it would contrast nicely with a silver white wig
I'm happy to help. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask
I wish you all the luck on your cosplay
